The PJN3™ – The Workhorse of the Industry

Our standard model portable restroom sets the standard for the  sanitation industry. The PJN3™ is our most popular portable toilet. With  its lightweight, compact, sturdy design, and its user-friendly  functionality, the PJN3™ is the portable restroom of choice wherever  people spend significant time outdoors.

The PJN3’s tough construction is on the job at residential and  commercial worksites. Its comfortable interior is a hit at casual  outdoor events such as fairs and festivals. The PJN3™ offers features  top to bottom, from its translucent roof to its anti-slip floors.

When customers have portable restroom needs that include limited  space or a limited budget, but high expectations of sanitation  performance, the PolyJohn PJN3™ is the perfect “go-to” choice.

The Comfort XL® – Wheelchair Accessible Unit

Persons with a physical disability or mobility impairment, especially  wheelchair users, can rely on the PolyJohn Comfort XL® portable  restroom for safe, comfortable, convenient sanitation. At today’s  private and public events, formal or informal, wedding, concert, fair,  festival or party, wheelchair accessible toilets aren’t just extras,  they are essential. In fact, every end-user who requires greater space will appreciate  the accessibility and ease-of-use features that define the Comfort  XL’s generous design:

  • More than 16 square feet of open interior floor space
  • Oversized, self-closing door
  • Roll-in ground level floor access
  • Interior handrails

Moved easily by one person, the Comfort XL® is our most portable  large restroom.

The Fleet™ – The Premier Unit in the Industry

Special events and premium sanitation needs demand premium portable  toilets. PolyJohn’s Fleet™ is the premier model in the industry,  engineered specifically with the satisfaction of high-end users in mind.

With 24 percent more interior floor space than other units in its  class, the roomy, reliable Fleet™ has appeal for multiple markets.  Foremost, it’s a must for occasions looking to add a touch of class. The  efficient use of a corner tank allows for the Fleet™ to offer more  amenities, including sink and non-splash urinal. Users at other types of  events will benefit from the design as well. For example, the Fleet™  offers more space for parents with children, more room for construction  workers with bulky or winter gear.

Important Points To Consider When Renting Your Portable Restroom

Time / Day that Service Begins

We will ask you for the specific time frame of your service in order to correctly determine your rental pricing.

How Many People are You Providing Restroom Services For?

It's important to decide how many portable toilets to rent. If you have too many you are wasting money. If you don't have enough portable toilets then people are waiting in lines and missing out on the work or fun they should be taking part in, whichever the case may be. The general industry standard is this: You should have one porta potty for every 50 people for a one day event. If the event goes over night or lasts a couple of days then you should double the number of portapotties you have. Hence, if the event is going to go 24 hours or more then you should have 2 portable toilets for every 50 people.  • 1 Portable Toilet - 50 People (One Day-8 hours or Less)  • 2 Portable Toilets - 50 People (More than one day)

Will You Need Interim Servicing?

Interim Servicing needs to be discussed and determined in advance of delivery of the units. There are additional costs for interim servicing.

Placement of the Units

Where would you like to set the units? Access for delivery and pickup and ease of servicing can make some locations impractical, if not impossible. Let's say you have a 3 day family reunion to plan for, with a scheduled interim servicing. Perhaps at the time of delivery prior to guests arrival the location you've chosen looks great, but when we come to perform your interim service we can't reach the units because vehicle parking and campsite placements prevent access.

Our preference is to place all units together in a location that is as convenient to your guests as possible. We also ask that the restrooms not be moved to a different location after delivery (it makes it hard for us to find them). We typically like to meet with someone who can show us where to put them unless a clear description of the location can be described. You can see why this is an important conversation to have. Your convenience and wishes are important to us; we will discuss placement practicalities in detail prior to delivery so that your restroom arrangements go smoothly.

Portable Restrooms - Dress it Up

Event planners are always looking for ways to tastefully integrate the facilities into the theme of the activity, or to make them as discreet to the decor as possible. Both approaches require ingenuity and creativity.

It's surprising how a few fun and simple ideas can make such a difference in appeal and comfort.

Go as big or as subdued as you can imagine. Although we  can't create a Privyhenge for you, it's such an outrageous nod to the necessities, we had to include it.
